Minimum Stays

The red Inn has a 2 night minimum on weekends from April til January except for the minimums listed below. Depending upon the date of your visit, special holiday rates along with minimum stay requirements may apply, per the following:

• Memorial Day Weekend: 3 Night Minimum

• Film Festival Week: 3 Night Minimum

• July and August: 5 Night Minimum

• July 4th and Carnival Week: 5 Night Minimum

• Labor Day Weekend: 3 Night Minimum

• Columbus Weekend: 3 Night Minimum

• Women’s Week: 4 Night Minimum

• Thanksgiving Weekend: 3 Night Minimum

• New Year’s Weekend: 3 Night Minimum

NOTE: Shorter stays may be arranged at the discretion of the management.
